14K Gold-Filled or 14K Rose Gold Filled: is composed of a layer of gold ( 5% gold by weight) mechanically bonded to brass. It does not rub off, flake off or turn color.  As long as the piece is well cared for, gold-filled jewelry can last a lifetime. It contains 100x more gold alloy than gold plated.

To prevent tarnish: wear often and store in jewelry box or in a sealed zip-loc bag

Minimize contact with: sunscreen, perfume, lotion, bleach, dish soap, nail polish remover and hairspray.

To clean:

Wash with mild soap

Wipe with soft cloth or Jewelry Polishing Cloth
